Common questions
- How do I delete my account? In the app, open Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes all your data.
- Reminders aren't arriving. Check that notifications are allowed for Jelly in iOS Settings, and that Settings → Notifications → Receive on this device is on inside the app.
- How do I link WhatsApp? Open Settings in the app and follow the WhatsApp linking steps to connect your phone number.
- How do I disconnect Google Calendar? Open Settings in the app and disconnect it from the Google Calendar section.
